Rates are based on 2 or 4 people occupancy, depending of the rooms. Children under 10 are free. Add $15 (+tax) for each additional person in the room.
Rates include full country breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
All rates are subject to the 8% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax.

Reservations are confirmed in writing upon receipt of an advance deposit made with a valid credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express):
- A minimum of one full day's rate is required for a one night reservation.
- 50% deposit is required for two or more nights.
- 50% deposit and an agreement letter is required for any group reservation.
Deposits are applied to the last day of your reservation.
There is a $25 surcharge per room on all cancellations to cover paperwork ($30 during fall foliage season). A fourteen day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund (30 day notice during fall foliage season). Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance will be refunded only if we are able to rent to others. If the room remains un-rented, we gladly issue a gift certificate in the value of your deposit, valid for one year. Early checkouts forfeit their deposits and are responsible for all nights booked.
Cots, cribs and diaper pail are available free of charge and must be requested at the moment of the reservation (limited availability).
If you are suffering from a food allergy (gluten, nuts...), please mention it upon reservation. We'll do our best to accommodate your special diet.
The lodge is entirely smoke free. We'll charge your credit card with a $200 cleaning fee if this is not respected.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Eastern time). Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 am to 9:00 am.

PET POLICY
Cranmore Mountain Lodge accepts well-mannered dogs only on a limited basis in certain rooms/suites (room 19, suites 24 and 25) by advanced reservation only under the following conditions:
- At check-in, guests with a pet will need to sign our "Guest Pet Responsibility" agreement which guarantees and authorizes credit card payment for any damage caused by their pet.
- We charge a nightly fee of $15 + tax
- Dogs may not be allowed during certain Holidays, weekends, or special event periods ; please check ahead for availability.
- Dogs must be under owners' control, on leash at all time and should not disturb other guests (barking, non-friendly manners, etc.)
- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture in the room and must be crated AT ALL TIME when left alone. If you do not have a crate, we will provide one (that can accommodate a Labrador) for an additional fee of $5/night.
- Only 1 dog per room is allowed, whatever the size of the dogs.
